I loved this course! I loved it while I was taking it, and I love it perhaps even more as I continue to try to apply the things I learned. It has helped me in ways I knew I needed and in ways I didn't know I needed help with at all. It was worthwhile, the time it took was very well spent, and it was also surprisingly doable in the midst of ongoing life demands. The course is set up in a very thoughtful, practical way as it begins with teachings and practices that help heal wounds and then moves you forward to finding and creating more joy in you life. Of course, both things can happen simultaneously, but I really liked the flow of the course.

Tina is a wonderful teacher; she is warm, loving and authentic. She is also very knowledgeable and speaks from both her studies and research and from her personal experience. You can tell she has a passion for the things she is sharing and has put in the time to create a class that equips anyone who wants to live with more joy in their life the knowledge, skills and tools they need to do that. I gained much more from the class than I expected, and my life is honestly more joyful because of it.
