Passionate About Helping Others Succeed
Like many of you, I too have gone through difficult trials & challenges in life. I believe in the healing power of Jesus Christ and know that he suffered on the cross for each of us. Because he sacrificed his life for us and took all our trials upon him, we do not have to suffer. Suffering IS a choice. We do need to forgive and allow our hearts to be fully healed. I know it is possible as I am a recipient of His light, love and healing.
Life coaching is a powerful process that can help you move forward from the past. I absolutely love it and know the impact it can have in your life. I trust in the process, in my clients, and in my ability as a life coach to help clients identify barriers that are
standing in their way. We partner to create solutions and action steps for achieving a happy and heart-filled life. As a heart-centered coach, I work with clients to help them connect with their heart and utilize that power to access their subconscious thoughts and feelings. I utilize tools and techniques to help clients work through a variety of challenges. I love to teach about the heart and help my clients understand the difference between their mind and their heart and what a difference it makes to allow our hearts to guide us. When our hearts are healed and connected to our higher power, we truly experience a happy, positive, and joy-filled life and that is what life coaching has to offer each of you!
